This Week's Special
SWORDFISH
$11.95/6 oz.

Mr. Fish cooked this recipe for me last night and it was sooooo good. The cooking method here is really a great one for fish, starting on the stovetop and finishing in the oven. If you like lemon and garlic, give this recipe a try. |
Lemon Garlic Swordfish Recipe
This buttery Lemon Garlic Swordfish recipe is stunningly delicious. This recipe results in a tender, flavor-packed fish that tastes amazing.
One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish....
Have you ever tried redfish? A bit of redfish is residing in my cases this weekend hoping for a chance to shine on your dinner plate. Redfish is a drum, a cousin to Black Drum, with a little more flavor and a dense meat that cooks nicely on the grill. Our redfish this weekend has the skin on so you can toss it on the grill or use the above swordfish recipe to prepare your meal in your kitchen.

And Finally,
What I love about sports is the way it brings people together to enjoy an event. Complete strangers crowd into spaces and cheer on their teams together as though they are best friends. An athletic event can be a shared experience of either joy or misery, promoting comraderie in the best and worst of times.
Let's be fans of life. We can slap each other on the back and high five our way through our day. Carry around a Sharpie and have people sign your shirt. Cheer for each other and hope for the very best for our team - humankind.
Blessings, Kathleen
P. S. I admit slapping strangers is a bit dangerous and it would be weird to ask a stranger to sign your shirt. But you get the idea... |
