Oysters are one of the wonders of the seafood world. What are they? How do they grow?Why do some taste very different from others? How do you open them without stabbing yourself? What can I do with them besides eat them raw? All of these questions, plus many more will be answered. We will also be sampling some oysters and a couple of quick oyster dishes to showcase how great they can be cooked.
