Note from Chef Jon: "I spent about a year living in Italy in my early 20’s and I developed a profound respect and love for how Italians view and cook seafood. I also worked in two of the greatest seafood restaurants in NYC where my passion only grew. In this class I want to talk about the Italian view of seafood, especially in the south of Italy where seafood is the main protein of their diet. We will prepare some simple and fun dishes like Tuna Carpaccio, Calamari in the style of Sicilian lifeguards and other exciting examples of authentic Italian seafood. Come share my passion for Italian cuisine and learn what makes the soul of Italy tick! "
Johns Creek Wine and Crystal is located next door to our Johns Creek location. The wine experts there will be providing wine samplings and wine education alongside Chef Jon.
