About the event

This class will focus on the most ubiquitous seafood found on most menus around the world: salmon. We'll explore different varieties of salmon; taste them both raw and cooked to begin to understand the differences between them. We will learn about salmon skin and why it’s both delicious and healthy! We will also learn about farm-raised salmon versus wild salmon and why you can love both! . Please come join us if you are a fan of this delicious and healthy fish. Become a salmon aficionado.
